Education for Organizations

We would love to work with your small business, group, non-profit, or organization regarding pursuit of racial harmony. As we recommend work at the CORE level, we utilize tools to get to the root of some of the common issues that can negatively impact harmony.

Educational Tools

  • Listening Circles

Listening circles are a specific type of meeting designed to help participants process an event or issue that poses a challenge, harm, or impact to their community or self in a significant way.

    Past Listening Circle Topics include:
I’m Still Here: Black Dignity in a World Made for Whiteness by Austin Channing-Brown, Chapter 1

    • Impact of the Events of January 6, 2021 - Protest at the US Capitol

    • "I Have a Dream" by Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. on August 28, 1963

  • M.A.P.S.

M.A.P.S. is an innovative tool developed by Lamont Lester to address and communicate individual’s core experiences.

“Everyone’s honesty and vulnerability with a difficult topic…was really nice to see that while we all have strong feelings that we may not be able to process yet, we still feel safe opening up.”
